Research Interests

Marco's research interests include systematics of parasitoid wasps, biological control of insect pests and vectors of plant pathogens, and bacterial endosymbionts of insects. His current research focuses on using plant immunity elicitors to protect crops from infection by insect-transmitted pathogens.
